SOLiD Buffer G Double

Description

SOLiD Buffer G, Double contains sufficient reagents to run 950 to 1632 cycles, or up to 136 cycles per lane. The SOLiD™ Buffers are needed for ligation sequencing on the 5500⁄5500xl Genetic Analyzer. These kits are individually orderable components of the SOLiD™ Run Cycle Buffer Kit (PN 4461840). Supplemental buffers can be used to replace components of the main buffer kit. Each double size has sufficient buffer for covering two FlowChips.
