Buffer Kit RNase-free

Description

The Ambion Buffer Kit provides high quality, RNase free buffers for critical RNA analysis procedures. The kit consists of one 100 mL bottle of each of the following solutions: 1 M Tris pH 7.0, 1 M Tris pH 8.0, 5 M NaCl, 1 M MgCl2, 0.5 M EDTA pH 8.0, 2 M KCl, 5 M Ammonium Acetate, and DEPC-treated H2O. Ammonium Acetate is sterile filtered. All other solutions are autoclaved post-packaging to ensure sterility. These reagents are rigorously tested for contaminating nonspecific endonuclease, exonuclease, and RNase activity.
